A Song for Cesar: Documentary Screening and Panel Discussion

You are invited to a two-part event that explores Cesar Chavez’s movement to gain equality & justice for American’s struggling farm worker.

DePaul’s Center for Religion, Culture and Community (CRCC), Center for Latino Research (CLR), and Office of Institutional Diversity invite you to two exciting events.

Join us on Wednesday, May 4, from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. CT for a free, live stream screening of ‘A Song for Cesar,’ a new documentary that explores the socially-engaged music and art of the United Farm Workers Movement.

Following the movie screening, join us on Thursday, May 5 (Cinco de Mayo) at 4:20 p.m. CT for a virtual panel discussion on the use of the arts to promote social justice.
