NIU is on its way to becoming a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI). Dr. Gina Ann Garcia will be discussing how NIU can accomplish this by drawing from her book ‘’Becoming Hispanic Serving Institutions: Opportunities for Colleges and Universities’’.
